Re: Called Omega, they say it's normal.

: Thank you both for the replies.

: I called Omega USA and they said that this
: behavior is not unusual. The minute hand
: will advance slightly when the stopwatch is
: started, but this does not affect the actual
: time -- the movement will
: "catch-up" to the minute hand.

: From what I can tell playing with the watch
: right now this seems to be the case. The
: minute hand hits the minute marks exactly
: where it should despite several starts and
: stops of the stopwatch.

: Now I'm really confused! Rich's SMP AC (nice
: watch, Rich ;) doesn't do this, Jakeni sent
: his Speedmaster in for repair because of
: this issue, and Omega tells me everything is
: okay. Jakeni, is your Speedmaster a Broad
: Arrow? I ask because the SeaMP AC and SM BA
: share movements. How bad was your problem?

Stuart,

Did this JUST happen now, or did it happen from the beginning??? The reason I am concerned, is that my watch is ONLY a month old, should I be looking for this behavior down the road???
