Anybody use Omega Switzerland to Restore?

Has anybody had any experience with Omega Switzerland for restoring a vintage Constellation? I'm agonizing over having my SS 1958 Constellation Pie-pan restored. Past posts indicate Omega Switzerland returns old watches looking brand new. I assume they would install a new dial since mine is yellowed and has tiny blisters: will they return the old one for collector's value or do they insist on keeping the old one?

Although my Constellation has mostly sentimental value, I would like to retain collector's value if possible. I've considered having Tom Gref restore it, who would not touch the dial. Somebody help me decide.
