The only marker that overlaps anything is the 12 o'clock marker which eats the 59 and 01 minute markers. Other watches have date windows that eat away substantial parts of the dial. This is surely something the SMP isn't suffering from, as the date window only takes away a tiny fraction of the 3 o'clock marker.

I have a severe first-hand issue with Omega's quality, but still think that the SMP dial and bezel combination is one of the best ones around.
