Maybe you should have it checked out.
I notice in the manual it says that if you don't use the helium relief valve after being submerged in a diving bell, the crystal could pop right out! Have you done anything like that? I think you should bring it in for a pressure test and see if it's not set in there correctly. I don't know much about this stuff but it seems like it should be even all the way around.
