I don't personally have a problem with the Moon Watch book showing up on eBay. It seems that it's out of print and not available anywhere so why not eBay?

eBay is a good source for things like this that are not available through other channels. And, contrary to what some believe, items on eBay never go for more than the market demands, they go for what someone is willing to pay.
