Re: It's on ebay now: GBP 75!!!

I think it is absolutely fine - caveat emptor and all that.
Once again, nobody is having their arm twisted to buy this book at the prices on Ebay. Am I disappointed at how things get priced out of MY reach on Ebay? Absolutely! I think what people are prepared to pay for things is bloody ridiculous - but it is a free-market economy after all.
Also, all Omega can really do about it is to prevent people from buying multiple copies.
As for the book being available to everyone: Swatch Group told me sometime ago that the book was only available to registered owners of the 30th Anniversary Speedmaster Professional. Now THAT"S ridiculous. Excuse me for being the owner of a plain old ordinary Speedy Pro - well, actually, a couple of them... but no anniversary model and so, according to Swatch - no right to own their precious book. Hence the market for them on Ebay, like it or not.
