Re: Bad service on new watch
In Response To: Re: Bad service on new watch ()

It has been asked recently in these forums by one other person besides me, and without response, as to whether or not forum members have had good/bad experience with Omega service in USA, or should we send our watches to Switzerland no matter what.

Apparently the latter is the right answer, but for something as trivial as a malfunctioning bezel, it seems rather ridiculous to go to the expense, not to mention being without your watch for weeks, to send it overseas.

Based on JC's experience, it seems USA Omega service is not to be trusted.

I sure wish other forum members would speak up on this very important issue...
