Need Info/Feedback on an Old Dynamic Geneve *LINK*

Hi all! I'm new to the forum as well as a first-time Omega owner. I recently purchased a used 70's Dynamic Geneve from eBay. After doing much research I settled on one that seemed authentic and reputable. Can I get any opinions on how well I did? The link is below:

I only have one real concern with the watch--it seems to be losing between 15-30 seconds per day when I compare it against the official U.S. clock. In addition, the sweep second hand seems very "notchy"--I can almost count the number of ticks (about 5 per second)--and occasionally seems to "stumble" across some of the clicks. Am I looking at a major problem here, or could it just need routine servicing/cleaning?

Thanks in advance,

-brumma
