At today's forex rates, I'd consider ordering from the US. Nowadays all European countries are probably more expensive.

However, if you want to purchase an Omega specifically in Finland (where I presume you live), I'd recommend calling several dealers for their offers. Many will be willing to give discounts, possibly up to one third off retail. In Helsinki, there's also a close-out sale at one of the jeweler's on Aleksanterinkatu. They promised me a 20% discount on any watch.
