Help needed from Omega specialists

Hello

I saw this beautiful 18k gold Omega at an antiques' dealer's.
It is automatic, owerhauled and working.

There is a little lack of tritium at 3 and in the minute markers.

The merchant opened the watch for me : copper-coloured mouvement (number 10 52? ???) ; rotor signes Omega ; clippes back number 10 829 896 (if I remember well...), "perlé", signed Omega, hallmarks.

Can someone tell me :
- from when it dates?
- what the name of this model is?
- how much sould I pay for it?

Thanks in advance
