I have small wrists too and not tall either, but after wearing full size Omegas, I am used to bigger watches that I can't wear other smaller size watches anymore.

I agree with Derek. You should try the watch on at the store, roll up your sleeve and see yourself in the mirror. not just your wrist but your whole body. it may not look as bad as you think....
