Omega Seamaster Vs. Tag Heuer 200m professional

Dear Forum,
please help me on this one! I recently sold my SMP 2254.50 and purchased a Marathon SAR, GREAT watch. However the "bug" has me wanting another watch to wear out on nicer occasions (more dressy) so it is between an Omega Bond style or one of the classic Tag Heuer 200m automatic Spirotechnique watches.

Please post your opinions on this.. I realize I'm in an Omega forum and I have posted this elsewhere, just trying to get a variety of answers, and if anyone owns or has owned the Tag Heuer 200m 80's spirotechnique (Black bezel, black dial, 41.5mm similiar looking to Sub; classic divers) please tell me your opinions on this watch.

Thank you very much everyone.
