Re: Omega warranty
In Response To: Omega warranty ()

Pray you don't have to use their warranty. I'm going through a bit of a nightmare after having warranty service done on my SMP. After sending the watch out three times due to their shoddy repair personel I'm stuck with a poorly refurbished watch that was brand new when I sent it in for a bezel spring repair.

Now, my contact doesn't want to respond to my emails. I have sent the same email requesting a final solution to my problem three times. I get an email receipt stating my email has been read, and that's it. Do a search and see mine is not an isolated incident. My next step is to contact the Pennsylvania BBB and file a complant against the US portion of this company.

Omega customer service is not fitting of watches in this price range. I guess this is to be expected seeing that Omega is part of the Swatch Group(whose CEO is a billionair indicating it's all about the money).

I'll re send my email a fourth time and see if I can at least get the same generic email response other have gotten when they email Bienne about problems with their US service.
