Here in the US, we have a plethora of dealers.
Fortunatly, they are always trying to slit the other's throat. In order to ado that, they offer,
discretely of course, a discount off of the
official price. The best official discount allowed by Omega is 20%. Now, some authorized
dealers, in order to make money, and move the
merchandise, will offer better than 20%.

Just ask the dealer this question:
"Mister, do you want to make some money or not?
If not, I'll go to a gray market dealer who will
gladly undercut you! When I walk out of here,
it will be like money walking out.".

If he says that he cannot give better than 20% off,
tell him "Sure you can, do not worry, I will not
tell Omega about our price".

That should get his attention.
