Speedmaster problem??

I was looking for an inexpensive nice watch that I can wear on a daily basis, without worrying too much about getting it scratched up. Speedmaster Day-Date seems perfect for everyday wear.

I am very happy with the accuracy of the watch, however, there is a small problem that bugs me.

-when I set time, the minute hand has "free play" of about 2mm, and I can see the hour hand moving with the minute hand if I micro-adjust the crown. The hands are "loose" within this 2mm freeplay range, and it is very difficult to align the minute hand to synchronize with the second hand.

I would like to purchase a Seamaster Pro 300m chronometer, but I need to make sure that there is no "free play" or slack when setting time.

Is this normal with the Omega 1151 movement?

regards,
