Hard to say without an exact identification. To a novice, many watches look alike. But there can be huge differences in the age, technical details and value of two very similar looking older watches.

You really need to have a jeweler check its condition and open it up and get the serial number, case number and calibre number. With that you can get better details.

Any jewelry store can sell you a strap to fit it.

Probably. A good polish should take care of most if not all of them.
