Speedy Pro bracelet links

I've recently bought a new Speedmaster Pro (model 3570.50), with the 1998-840 bracelet, and am having difficulty in getting a 'perfect' fit on my wrist.

I gather that Omega produce a half link for the 1610 bracelet used on some Seamaster models (with the polished ends on the centre section of the link) and I understand that this link may be compatible with my Speedmaster's bracelet.

Can anyone confirm this, please? Omega produce a huge range of similar looking links!
