I suspect they did it for two reasons:


  1. Tonneau watches are not that popular these days, so that style probably wasn't a big seller.

  2. A part of a 'cleaning house' on pre-Coaxial styles to make room for more DeVille Coaxial models. They totally dropped the Symbol and Classic sublines and kept only a few models in the Jubilee and Prestige sublines.
