Re: Omega disagrees with you. I win.....REALLY?

Ah......a watch lover for sure.....and one i'm positive wears a quartz model! Well, my friend.......buy a used classic 1960's Omega Constellation Chronometer in 18k like my favorite watch, add an Omega 18K heavy gold interwoven band that tops out at 140 grams.....

.....and yeah......i've spent around $2,500 on the package including servicing. But as i KNOW i would have no problem making some dough on this combo........or most ANY quality mechanical i'd buy as i ONLY buy used.....i'd say that is more than practical. My Rolex i wore for a year and got out whole less $100 mainly due to ebay fees. With all the Omega mechanicals i've had NO problem selling at a reasonable profit when i wanted something else.....

......how many quartz models have you sold and not lost a ton of dough......especially if bought new?

..........nope, you lose....I WIN! LOL

: Spending thousands on a mechanical watch is NOT
: practical.

: And leaving the HRV to the crown does not
: create an extra crown for a conversation
: piece. Figure it out.
