My authorized dealer experience

Today I walked by my local retailer (place where I bought my smp) and went in to look around just for fun. When I had shopped there before it was clear that with my small amout of research I knew more about watches then they did.

Today I tried on a few ATs just for fun mostly but the guy who has sold me my SMP said something I though I would share.

That the "AT looks just like a Rolex but for less money and on the inside is the exact same movement" I just said "really?" Of course this was the wrong thing to say to sell me especially after our recent O VS R threads here, but I wasn't there to buy today anyway.

One thing is for sure the AT even the 41mm is so much lighter than the SMP it does feel a lot like a Rolex. However after wearing the smp a lighter watch has a strange feel to it

I had never tried on the Speedmaster style bracelet the AT uses. I like the bracelet but I'm not sure about the clasp. The way it extends when you open it seems like it just makes it harder to close. Any thought from those who actually own it?
