Re: Omega much better than Tag, IMO!

Omega has some serious history (just look it up on the 'net) as does Rolex. I own two Rolex watches (Explorer II & Submariner) and they are w/o a doubt some quality watches. Call me crazy but I'm selling my Submariner to get an Omega speedmaster. I also own the SMP in black that I favor over my Rolex Explorer II.

Anyway TAG to me is overpriced. A guy at the country club owned one for 8 days before returning it and buying a SMP in black (like mine).

Its like Mont Blanc, they have only been making watches for .... 7 years? Yet they sell some of their watches for $2500 and up. I'd never spend that kinda money on a Mont Blanc.

Stick with Omega, you'll be glad you did (haha)
