i had to change model.. here's why...

Keith... thanks so much for your kinds words.. you are great! alright, i changed my model and here's what happened.....

after careful inspection of my racer chrono, i found that there was a small dimple on the dial at the 1 o'clock area. so i took the watch back to the shop to change it the next day. they then brought another one for a one-on-one exchange and guess what? the other one (lets call it B) had more problems on the dial. if u notice, the new racer chrono's dial has some carbon finishes and it is very nice and unique. however, B had some small square checkers flaking!!! i was like wtf??? one of the most impt part of a good watch is the dial surface and none of the 2 real watches' surface were in good conditions. bearing in mind that these are authentic watches from an authorised shop.

so i opted a safer option with no fancy dial surface and chose this slightly more expensive choice:

yeah keith, this is a 3303 calibre and the finishes were great. although it is a lot more 'loud' and shiny than the racing model.

my advice to those considering the racing model, check out the surface of the dial very very carefully... u may get more than you bargain for! ^^V
