I think this is even sadder...

from the original post.... My question is, is the bracelet and clasp covered under warranty by Omega? Sweden (Switzerland) says yes, Lancaster says no. Who is correct?

So, an Omega dealer has tried to sell an extended warranty ...... But even worse, Omega Lancaster state that the warranty doesn't cover the Bracelet & Clasp...... They don't even know what their own warranties cover !

Are they serious ?? EVERYTHING I hear from Omega Lancaster sounds more like a joke rather than a serious reply.

I'm glad I live in Europe.
