Omega Seamaster America's Cup problems

I purchased a Seamaster Americas's Cup back in October 03 which ran perfectly until January 04 when I noticed that the minute hand had come loose and fallen off in the watch!

I immediatley went back to the dealer who sold it to me and he sent it back to Omega for repair. After 8 weeks it finally came back from Omega and it ran fine for 2 days and then stopped working completely.

I returned to the dealer and he said all he could do is send it back to Omega since it is obviosly still under warranty (he refused to give me my money back or give me a new watch), so he sent it back and 4 weeks later (yesterday) it came back and was running fine except that one of the hands on the smaller dials would not line up at the 12 o'clock position when reset.

My questions are:
1. Has anyone had a similar problem with their Omega?
2. What is Omega's policy on replacing watches.

This was the first "FINE" watch that I have ever owned and I'm not too satisfied so far. Any advice would be appreciated.
