Hard to say, since there were many. Might be brand new, might be 20 years old. Best to have OMEGA look up the serial number to give you an exact model and year of origin.

: much would be its value for a pre-owned one?

Generally, the value of one in excellent condition is about 45-50% of what its original retail price was. Less if the condition is less than excellent.

A good reference is to check sites that sell used OMEGA watches. Try www.artoftime.com and www.joseph-watches.com, both of which might have a similar model for sale.
