COSC certificate is free.
Pictogram card is just like your warranty card. same size same color and just saying "pictograms" on top where it is saying "international warranty"on the warranty card. and have the watch number, caliber number and some pictograms to show what your watch have.
they should be able to give you the card if you tell Omega your whatch model number and serial number. i don't see why not. just tell them that you didn't get one and want one when you ask for the COSC certificate.
