Aqua Terra likes/dislikes

I currently have a Breitling Colt quartz, and am in the market for a nice auto, so I'm doing some homework before I plunk down $$. My choices are down to the Colt, Datejust, and 35mm AquaTerra, as I want to stay in the 36mm-38mm range.

One of the interestings points I looking at is service intervals, as they can be $$, and have been reading that the 2500 can go upwards of 10 years before needing a service.

I also understand that local watchmakes have better availability to Omega parts than some other brands, which should result in lower service costs.

So +/- comments on your AT experiences will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
