Omega Multifunction-do I have a fake?

I have recently purchased a preowned 120m multifunction and have a question about whether or not I bought a fake...Can anyone tell me what the back of this watch looks like? Is the back a typical screw on back, or are there several seperate screws that must be removed in order to take the back off to replace the battery?

Can anyone else tell me what the lifespan of this watch should be? (is it less than other Omega's due to the digital display?).
