What else do i need?

Hi guys. I'm compleley new to this watch caper.

I recently bought the watch featured at ebay auction...

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4908456824

As you can see it is just the case and dial. I bought it a whim really (for $30) and I'm not sure what else I'll need. Obviously I'll need a movement and saphire. What else do i need? Is there a ring that goes over the top of the saphire (i read somewhere about a tension ring???). Since it is a prototype, what are my odds (do you think) of finding a mechanism and glass etc to fit it?

Any help would be appreciated.
