Remember, it's no big deal to create a COSC quartz movement. I believe Breitling is going "all COSC" at least on all men's models. It's purely for marketing purposes.

With that said, their Superquartz is advertised to be better than most other quartz movements...I think I recall them claiming +/- 10sec./YEAR and a battery life of around 7 years.

All Breitling quartz watches are going to "Superquartz" if they have not already done so.

I can't tell you much about Omega's quartz movements. I believe they are thermocompensated. Omega does not seem to say much about there own quartz movements. I dunno why.
