There is an AMAZING amount of arrogance in the jewelry industry. Really sad as they have nothing tangible to offer over the cut rate dealers than just better customer service -- and they both that up all the time.

It is especially bad when they treat you like dirt simply because you bought your watch at a different authorized dealer.

I'd call and talk to the store manager. If they are a larger chain, talk to the regional manager.
