Have I bought a Grey Market watch??

I recently bought a full size Seamaster Pro chronometer, and now after finding this site (wish I'd found it BEFORE I bought the watch) I'm wondering if I have a grey market watch due to the fact that I got it for almost £500 less (tax free) than the UK price of £1200.

My watch has a red dot seal, the serial number etched where it should be, a warranty card stamped by the dealer, and is in mint condition. BUT the massive discount I seem to have got has now got me worried! I have a copy of the dealers business card and nowhere does it say 'authorised dealer'. Does that make this a grey market watch? Is there any way of checking whether the dealer is authorised? (He doesn't have a web site that I know of) I should add that I bought the watch in Australia on holiday, and live in the UK so going back to the dealer is not an option

Be grateful if someone could clarify this for me.

Thanks in advance
