Swapping parts

Upgrading a watch like that just doesn't work.

The problem is that it is not just the bezel and bracelet that are the difference! The crown is gold too, as are the details on the dials. So you would not be swapping ALL the gold parts -- therefore you would still be making a Frankenwatch that would not match any valid OMEGA model. Your watches would also no longer match what their serial numbers say they left the factory as.

I'd suggest either just live with the watches as they are, or keep the swapping of parts to just the bracelet -- something you could easily reverse if you had to.
