I was in one of their New York stores a few months back, and I did not understand their whole attitude. They did not seem particularly interested in trying to sell watches. I was dressed in a business suit, so I don't think it was an image issue.

I asked to look at Oris and Omega watches. Perhaps these are at the lower part of their sales spectrum....
