Speed up my SM watch

I own a Sea Master watch. I found that I will speed it up about 7 seconds over the next 24 hours if I wear it with my hand moving extremely fast up and down for a few minutes before I went to sleep.
Note that this is not because I wind it up. I can hand wind it up till I heard it starts to click and it will still run normally (+0.5 sec/day).
Is there some sort of hidden control that will respond to hand movement?
The watch will go back to normal if I stop doing it once a day.
