Where did you have it serviced?

Service Centers in the US are notorious for bad service. I find it amazing they can't get the rate within spec. They are incompotent, or just not trying hard enough. If Omega in Switzerland ran across that problem, they'd just replace the movement. But that's unlikely, because they are very compotent. That sucker has a 3-Year Warranty. I suggest you send it to Bienne. Sorry for your hassles.
