Glenn, about the difficulty of the turning the bezel - do you ever swim or dive with your SMPs? I agree with your assessment, except that I have found the bezel very easy to turn when swimming/diving, even bare-handed. Out of the water, the bezel can be stubborn and/or hard to grip, but in the water, it seems to turn very easily and without a problem. Just my experience here, not a criticism of your critique.
