Re: SMP help
In Response To: SMP help ()

: John-I had the same concerns about the hands hitting the indices right on. If you look carefully you can find a SMP that does line up. I have mine on right now that it took looking at several dealers that is "right on". I went with quartz because my previous SMP auto lost 2 seconds every day. Within COSC but gaining would be easier to correct the time than losing time. The other advantage to quartz(which I have never heard voiced) is that it you want to tick off say 15 seconds the second will strike the 15th rather than sweeping by and guessing when it hits. Good luck-it's a great watch no matter which version you decide on.
