Recommendations needed for Speedmaster Pro service

I've been searching for a person or company to entrust my Speedmaster Pro to for an overhaul. I'm looking for someone who:

1) consistently does good work
2) treats the outside of the watch (dial, hands, case, etc.) with the same care they do the inside

3) will guarantee their work
4) has reasonable rates

Any recommendations/experiences would be appreciated.
