Yes, but Rolex is *too* static. They don't change enough. If a 2001 model looks virtually the same as a 1961 version, where can they ever progress? Those designs are classic, but so old they've been copied zillions of times. At least Omega does things to keep the lines fresh.

There's a good balance there, but neither Omega or Rolex have found it quite yet. But I certainly agree Rolex is closer to it.

It is a new movement type that Omega is using in some new models. Go to their official web site at www.omega.ch. They have a lot of info on it right on their main page.
