They are all very good watches. Some are gold, platinum, and stainless steel. Some come with bracelets, some come with leather straps. Some are exhorbitantly overpriced (imho) and some are incredibly reasonable.
Some manufacture their own calibers, and most use one of about three mass produced calibers.
The bottom line here is, and always will be, which one do you 'really' want that fits your budget. That's the one you should get.
