Derek, I don't have a scan nor a camera that can take one right now. However, it's a gold-plated "dress" Constellation, and I believe there was a message last year (Sept?) with a photo from someone who had just bought an identical model at auction. I was slightly offended because the message implied that the watch was somewhat ugly yet still an Omega, and in fact this watch is the only one I've ever worn that's attracted comment (positive). Adding to its appeal, to me, is the engineering angle (arguably, the movement is Max Hetzel's best work) and the smooth sweeping second hand, and I just couldn't let it lie idle without trying to get it fixed. Maybe by the time I get it back I'll have my hands on a digital camera that can do a close-up.
I sent its serial number to Omega, and they reported it was sold new to my father in law in 1972. I never knew he had it until I inherited it last year.
