In Response To: Seamaster 300M old vs. new ()

: Hi everyone!

: First of all, thanks for this very informative
: web page.

: I'm currently torn between the skeleton-hands
: 2531.80 and the blue-dial sword-handed
: 2255.80.

I've got a 2255.80 and I love it. I have nothing against the "Bond", I just find the 2255.80 more easy to read. Stainless bezel is more dressy IMHO, but some think it scratches too easily. Movement/case/crystal/crown are all same. I had Rolex Sub and GMT for many years. I think SMP is superior product. Good luck. MMC
