It all depends on your activity while you wear the watch and how much you wear it. For example, at my work, I'm always either at a desk or on a computer. Desks are usually not friendly to watch bracelets. My Seamaster has a lot of scratches and scuffs due to the constant hand movement on my desk. I wouldn't worry about it. Enjoy your watch...
