New Speedy Pro Owner! Questions...

Just got my new Speedy Pro and I LOVE this watch. I do have a few questions, though. Mine came with warranty card with matching serial number, but it came in a red leather box...shouldn't the Speedy come in a black box with a little info about it being the "moonwatch", or has Omega recently changed it to the standard red box?
On a more important note, the small seconds continue to run when I pull the crown out...i have to put VERY slight reverse pressure on the crown with my fingers to get them to stop. If I put too much pressure on it, or wind it slightly backwards, the small seconds move backwards! Is this normal as well? Is the slight pressure needed in order to hack? Any info is most appreciated!
