Omega Model Number Oddities (more)

: The Watch's model number is 2991.80.93
: Is the bezel made of titanium as it is posted?

Since that watch is on the official Omega site, I am curious why would you not trust the manufacturer's own description of their product?

Sure, that model number varies a bit from the sequence used for other Seamasters. But Omega ought to know their own watches as well as anybody.

What is really curious is the third digit being a 9 -- which Omega has previously used to designate the ChronoGRAPH movement. To be consistent with their other model numbers, this watch ought to be a 2931.80, not a 2991.80.
