Oh, and if I have not mentioned it recently, you worry too much.

A toothbrush -- something that does not hurt the inside of your mouth -- cannot possibly hurt stainless steel.

And no, not cleaning the watch won't harm it. Maybe if you let years worth of grit build up in the bracelet links or fail to thoroughly wash salt water off the watch after being in the ocean daily, then maybe you migh cause a small amount of damage over an extended period of time. But that's about the worst that could happen from not cleaning the exterior.

Certainly that will NOT be a problem on a watch you've only had a month or so.

Oh, and if I have not mentioned it recently, you worry too much.
