Gasp!

What a cold cruel world! My vintage Ladies Omega has inexplicably gained 2 minutes after running almost dead-on for weeks. And, to make matters worse, Time Zone is down, so I can't even whine about it! Well, thank you Derek for this site, I can now at least talk to people about it who aren't convinced I'm nuts.

Here's a poem (with apologies to Robert Frost)

Stopping By Derek's Site on a Snowy Evening

Whose site this is I think I know.
I saw him first on Time Zone though;
He may just see me stopping here
to fill his site with prose and go.

My address page must think it queer
To stop without Time Zone near
Between vintage watch sites and Omega.ch
Its dark and depressing without it I fear.

The mouse keeps wandering back to there
convinced that the URL is up and near
The only other sound's the sweep
of my vintage Omega as I weep.

Cyberspace is lovely, dark, and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And watches to buy before I sleep,
And watches to buy before I sleep.

Carolyn
