The background to this question is that I've been offered to buy a seamaster (2598:80:00) from a person here in Sweden.

Since I don't know what is included in the "box", I figured that it could be a good thing to know :-). May I ask a few questions more? What is described in the booklet "Professional Diver"? Not knowing what is included in the warranty, do you know what happens with the warranty, if I buy my watch "second hand"? With other words is the warranty personal or is it general?

By the way do you know if the cronograph works under water? Aren't the buttons for the cronograph screwed tight to the watch in order to keep it watertight which means that they can not be pushed?

Does the heliumvalve work automatically or do you have to unscrew it too in order to make it work?
