Re: New Band
In Response To: New Band ()

: I am thinking of buying a new omega and I
: understand that the new band design is only
: offered as an option in the US.

They are just coming out, so don't expect to be able to get one right away. Omega USA *just* decided to carry the new bracelets. So it may take weeks for them to become available in the USA.

: Can you order them online?

No. Acessories like bracelets are available only through authorized dealers or direct from Omega customer service. Bracelets bought separately aren't cheap either--typically over $400 for a steel Seamaster Pro bracelet!

: Should I stick with an old one? Are
: they more durable or something?

Up to you. Both should be equally durable. Many people like the older bracelt woth the skeleton-hand SMP, the newer with the new dial style.
